Dear Parents,

We are responding to the Government's  announcement this evening that all primary schools in England will be closed from tomorrow to all but vulnerable and key worker children.

We have worked very hard in recent weeks and months to ensure that remote learning is as accessible and meaningful as possible where required.
However, you will understand that the timing of this announcement, on the first day of term at very short notice means that we do need some time to finalise arrangements, including the identification of those children eligible to still come into school and the allocation of staff to ensure that learning for all children meets their current learning targets in school.
Please do not send your child to school unless you have completed the key worker form (on line or downloaded from website) and  had correspondence from the senior leadership team about attending tomorrow. Tomorrow we will be for emergency children only whose both key worker parents are in work for the day. We must put the safety of the pupils first and we need to be able to arrange the correct provision.
Wednesday we will then be open to  key worker pupils  and  pupils classed as vulnerable  whose parents have had correspondence from the senior leadership team. All other pupils will be directed to online remote learning. Please see policy on website.
Please be patient and support us in opening safely. Thank you
