This year, Severnbanks School Council would like to support Packed With Love in making care packages for our local homeless. This time of year can be a difficult time for many and we would love to be able to give something back to the community. We plan to do this by selling Christmas cards in school instead of using the Christmas post box this year. Children can purchase a Christmas card design in school, colour it in and write a message. Christmas cards designs can be bought, from your child’s class teacher, for a minimum donation of 50p, but if you are able to donate more your money will be going to a very worthwhile, local cause. We will once again have our giant Christmas card displayed on our glass windows in Key Stages 1 and 2 for all the staff and pupils to enjoy until the end of term. Thank you for helping us to spread joy to others this Christmas time
The Family Learning Team are offering some exciting courses online this term for parents. All of their classes are delivered by experienced teachers, many of whom are primary teachers too. Please look at courses under the Parents' tab.
Please make sure you are remember the school times for all in September 21 are 8:45- 3:15. We are still using the area by the ATC for drop off and collection. Thank you
Please do not park or wait on the zigzags outside of the school. The safety of our children is paramount. Polite reminder - please do not block any of our neighbours drive ways. Thank you.
Reception 22- If you have a child who is eligible to start school Sept 22 and would like to attend our open morning on the 16th November 21, please call the school office. Thank you
Mrs Sara Poole Headteacher
At Severnbanks Primary School we place great importance on punctuality and attendance. Children who are not in school cannot learn and children who are late miss the beginning of lessons.
We expect ALL children to attend every session that is available to them.
Persistent absence is classed as attendance of 90% or less. Please read more in the Attendance section, which can be found in the Parent tab. Thank you.

We hope the Year 6 pupils from @SevernbanksPS got a lot out of their Science session with Mr Edy this morning. They learnt about the circulatory system and did a fantastic job dissecting a heart - well done! https://t.co/tELXjFZDSO
