Charities 22/23
Our chosen school charities this year are Cots for Tots, a local charity that undertakes incredible work to ensure that every sick or premature baby from across the South West of England has access to the very best care, 365 days a year. Also, Scoo-B-Doo the Gloucester Neonatal Unit's charity. Scoo-B-Doo was established in 1982 by a small group of grateful parents, doctors and nurses. Today, the registered charity is still run entirely by volunteers and supports the Neonatal Unit at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital in caring for sick and premature babies from Gloucestershire and beyond.
These charities were chosen to show appreciation for the wonderful support and care provided to Mrs Sayers and her family, and to give thanks for the short life of Teddy Sayers. We know that you will be very generous in your support – thank you in advance.
You can find out about the wonderful work the charities do here : https://www.grandappeal.org.uk/cots-for-tots/ and https://www.scoo-b-doo.info/

The Grand Appeal - Donation receipt |
One act of kindness can change a child’s life forever. Thank you.
The school council also organised events to support national fundraising causes for example Children in Need and Red Nose day. We also chose to support our local food banks. |
