After School Wraparound Care Service!

At Severnbanks, we understand that the school day doesn’t end when the bell rings. Our After School Club provides a safe, friendly, and fun environment where children can relax, play, and continue learning through a range of activities.

The club runs every school day after lessons finish, giving families peace of mind and children the chance to:

• Enjoy creative games, crafts, and sports.

• Spend time with friends in a caring and supportive setting.

• Have a light healthy snack to keep them going until home time.

• Try new activities that build confidence and independence.

If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), we’d love to chat with you before booking so we can make sure the club is ready to support their needs and help them feel happy and included. We really value working together with families, and by sharing information with us we can ensure every child has the best possible experience at the club.

Our staff team are experienced, approachable, and committed to making the club a happy place where every child feels welcome. Whether staying for an hour or longer children can look forward to ending their day in a positive and engaging way.

Sessions:

• Session 1: 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm (£4.50) 

• Session 2: 3:15 pm – 5:15 pm (£9.00) 

• Session 3: 3:15 pm – 6:00 pm (£12.38) 

Children will receive a light snack and drinks during their session. 

Registration & Booking

1. Complete and submit a registration form  

2. Once the registration form has been received, your child will be added to the booking system, and you will receive a notification once this is available.  

3. Book and pay for sessions in advance via ParentPay.

Important Notes: 

• Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance by 10:00 am on the day of the session.

• Sessions can be cancelled up to 10:00am on the day of the session and a credit will be applied to your account.

• Payments via Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare are accepted, please email Jo Young for more information at office@sfat.uk

Explore Our Extracurricular Clubs

At Severnbanks, we believe that learning extends far beyond the classroom. Our diverse range of extracurricular clubs—covering sports, arts, STEM, and community service—gives pupils the chance to explore new interests, develop valuable skills, and build confidence. These activities help foster teamwork, creativity, and resilience, while providing opportunities for social connection and personal growth.

Through participation in our clubs, students enrich their school experience, discover new passions, and gain skills that support their success both inside and outside the classroom.

We offer a variety of clubs during and after school and we work to try and ensure these meet the interests of all our pupils.

Letters are usually sent out at the start/end of term advising the details of each club and how you can sign up you child/ren. 

Examples of clubs we run include: running, art, Young Voices, choir, chess, multi-skills, board games, reading, homework and a whole host of others.
