Wellbeing Days and Experiences

At Severnbanks Primary School, wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. Our Wellbeing Days and special PSHE experiences give children the chance to pause, connect and explore what helps them feel happy, calm and confident. These days provide meaningful moments for pupils to learn about themselves and others through creative activities, teamwork, reflection and fun.

From mindfulness workshops and outdoor learning to celebration events and themed wellbeing challenges, each experience is designed to strengthen pupils’ emotional resilience and support positive mental health. These opportunities help our children develop the skills they need to understand their feelings, build healthy relationships and make thoughtful choices.

This photo section captures some of the joyful, reflective and inspiring moments from our Wellbeing Days — showing the many ways our pupils learn, grow and thrive together
