Ofsted Report
Ofsted Inspection - April 2026
At Severnbanks, we are proud of the supportive and inspiring environment we provide for every pupil. Our Ofsted report highlights the hard work of our staff and pupils, showing how we help children thrive academically, socially, and personally.
On April the 14th and 15th were were inspected under the New Ofsted Framework.
As many of you will know, the new Ofsted framework is much tougher than before, so to achieve a report like we have is a real achievement and a clear sign of the strength of our school.
The report itself is something we are very proud of, but I also wanted to share that the inspectors told us so much more during their visit than is included in the published report. On numerous occasions, they spoke about what a great school Severnbanks is and were incredibly positive about what they saw. They were particularly complimentary about our children, describing them as incredible and commenting on their behaviour, attitudes, and enthusiasm for learning.
As Headteacher, I am proud to share this report with you and would like to thank every member of staff who works so hard to make Severnbanks such a wonderful place for our children. Their commitment and care shine through every day and are reflected in the comments within the report.
I would encourage you to take a few minutes to read the report. The comments really do show just how special our school is and recognise the hard work of our staff, children, and wider school community.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support. This report is something we can all be proud of.
We all look forward to growing in strength as a school and community:
